Awarded for work in Precious Metal Clay, Wirework and Beading from 2004-2012, Jo also wrote for the leading Jewellery Crafts Magazines published at that time and was honoury Judge at the Sydney and Canberra Royal Show Jewellery Competitions.

Her solo Exhibition ' Metamorphosis', East Gippsland Art Gallery 2011, featured mainly her wirework Jewellery.

She was involved in lapidary in the Canberra and Nunawadding Clubs, cutting and polishing stones for her jewellery work.

Jo taught jewellery making for many years in her business, 'Beadaholics', in Canberra ACT and ran a number of 'Beadaholics Retreats' in Canberra.
